Redeemer Bible Church of Dallas, Inc.
Below are overviews of Redeemer's major ministries. For more information on any ministry, click on the underlined ministry title.
Seven Adult Bible Fellowships offer opportunities to study a variety of topics from God's Word with folks who have similar experiences and needs. They emphasize fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and service.
Women's Fellowship
Women's Ministry's purpose is to encourage godliness by seeking
to meet the needs of women through biblical truth as it relates to all
areas of their lives and by providing opportunities to reach out to others
for fellowship, edification, and evangelism.
Men's Ministry
Four areas of activity are basic to the men's program—periodic
church-wide men's breakfast meetings, special recreational outings, an
annual weekend retreat, small group sessions, and service projects for
the Redeemer family, church neighborhood, community and beyond.
Care Groups
Groups of 6 to 15 meet once or twice a month to "exchange life." Deepening relationships with the Lord and each other are a hallmark of this ministry.
Youth Ministry
Seventh through twelfth graders meet for praise, worship, and Bible study on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, mission trips, recreational activities, camping, and fellowship round out this ministry.
Boy Scouts
Boy Scout Troop 48 offers boys a fun, character-building learning experience in a Christ-focused environment.
Pioneer Girls
Pioneer Girls incorporates the power of prayer, Bible study, and missions
into a fun program that encourages girls to grow through service projects,
games, songs, crafts, and Bible memory.
Children's Ministry
A well-trained staff in well-equipped rooms serves infants through sixth
graders. Our creative teachers use music, crafts, and stories to teach
biblical truths in age-appropriate ways, with an emphasis on Scripture
memory. We give great attention to our children's spiritual nurture and
physical safety.
Redeemer provides prayer and financial support to eight missionaries working in seven countries.
This grief recovery support group meets on Wednesday evenings. Each session is "self-contained" so you are welcome to visit or begin attending at any session.
Coffee Oasis
Our high school seniors and college and career folks have launched a
new ministry on Wednesday nights in the Oasis. From 9pm to 11pm each week,
they will arrange live programs, deepen their relationships, and enjoy
FREE gourmet coffee. You are invited, and are being asked to invite others
— especially those spiritually open, unchurched folks in your circle
who may need a place to begin a walk with Christ. |
